**Please Note:**

~After checkout you will receive a email with the instructions to upload your video or voice message to your Giftful Box.

~You will need to edit your videos / images or audio messages together before uploading to the platform. 

~ Please ensure that this is done before your item(s) are shipped, so that the message feature is functioning correctly. The QR code is automatically added to your gift box.

~If you are purchasing more than one gift box and would like to add a video message to each box, please name the video file according to the name of the Giftful Box.
